2.2 How do I request new reports in Power BI?

Consumer License

If you have a consumer license and need to have a new report created, you must contact FMSSystemSupport Group for assistance.  

If your report will need to be shared with others, the FMSSystemSupport team must need to create it for you if you just have a consumer license.  Please contact [email protected] with any questions you may have.

Please check the various combinations of reports and pages to ensure that what you're requesting isn't already available.

If you need an additional report to present to your Customer, please contact FMS System Support.

Professional License

If you have a professional license and Admin/Owner rights to your workspace, you have limited abilities to make changes to reports yourself.  

It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that you contact FMSSYSTEMSUPPORT to assist you in making these changes.  This new reporting structure runs off Bookmarks, and if you set them up incorrectly, your navigation will not work.

Any change to the filters will affect the Bookmark navigation and could cause your entire workspace to stop loading and your Customer Metrics PowerPoint not to load properly.

The FMS System Support Team will show you how to either create the reports yourself, or they will create them for you and add them to your workspace.
