Updated on

Publish and share your Power BI reports and dashboards to teammates in your organization or to everyone on the web.

Publishing

1. Once published, the .PBIX file will be stored as a master in the Power BI Data Office 365 group by [email protected]

2. The Folder structure of the Power BI Data Office 365 group will match the workspace name the .PBIX is published.

  • No more than one .pbix master file and one .pbix copy will be stored in this location.
  • Any non-server sources are allowed to be stored in this folder structure.

Example: A .csv or .xlsx file used as a source for the specific .pbix file.

Refresh

1. Schedule report refresh after the source data is refreshed.
