Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.
There are a number of dashboards that have been created as Power BI Apps to give you quick access to your data.
As the need arises, these dashboards will be added to as new reports are created, so the screenshots in this document may not show all the available reports.
1. Open Power BI and go to APPS.
2. In the upper right hand corner, click on Get Apps.
3. Click on Organizational Apps.
4. In the search field in the Upper Right, type HR.
5. Click on Get it Now on the Tile that is shown.
A list of different reports will show on the left.
6. As you go into each report, you will see more options of ways to view your data.
6.1. The pages on the left show you the additional views available.
6.2. You can use the filters on the top to adjust the data on the page.
6.3. The filters on the left give you additional items (like tenure) so you can make a deeper dive if necessary.
6.4. Once you are looking at a specific chart, you can use the normal set of tools included in Power BI to Export, Focus, Drill-Down, etc.
7. The bar at the top gives you a number of additional options to View Export, Print, etc.
