3.13 FMS Site Assessment App

Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.

The FMS Site Assessment APP can be accessed alone, or through the the Business Intelligence & Reporting Portal App. If you receive a message saying you don't have access, simply submit for access by requesting it in the app.

1. Log into Power BI.

2. Go to Apps from the Menu.

3. Choose Get App from the upper left corner.

4. Click on Organizational Apps.

5. In the upper right corner, type in Assessment and click the magnifying glass to load.

If the app has not been previously installed in your workspace, it will be shown.

6. Find FMS Site Assessment and click on the Get It Now hyperlink.

7. A confirmation message tells you that the App is installing correctly.

8. Once installed, the App opens.  If you only have access to one site, that site's information will populate.

There are a number of pages available as seen on the sub menu on the left.  These include:

  • Overview
  • Maturity Breakdown by Category /Element
  • Maturity by Site by Category/Element
  • Count of Sites by Score by Element
  • Site Trends
  • Assessment Data by Element
  • Year over Year Comparison.

9. You can modify the view by changing the filters on the page.

10. If you make any changes to the filters, you can click the reset to default icon and choose yes to the popup to reset the app back to the way it started.

12. Whereas other charts will let you filter down to the Site level.
