There are basically two reporting options associated with eFACTORYPRO: The 1st are the reports that are found in the ATS Reporting Server (sometimes also referred to as the SSRS Server.) These Reports can be accessed through the links menu from the Tech Portal or directly by typing in the address in your browser: https://ssrs.advancedtech.com/Reports/browse
Any report that comes out of the EFP Reporting Server are transactional in nature. This means that it is simply pulling the data entered, and not doing any analysis of the data.
On the other hand, if you want to see a report that has analysis done, like Downtime and Availability -- in which the repair time on the machine is compared to the production schedule on the equipment, you would use a Power BI report.
You must first request access to Power BI through My Enterprise. (See link below.) Your 1-up manager will be asked to approve.)
There are many ways to access Power BI.
2. Or you can type https://app.powerbi.com into the address bar of your browser.
3. Or you can click on the app waffle and choose Power Bi from the list of Office 365 programs.
The remaining documents in this course will show you how to navigate the program.
