If you use the Customer's CMMS, but provide data from ATS for Safety, Voice of the Customer and Cost Savings on your monthly presentation to the Customer, these metrics are now accessed through an App in Power BI. The first step is to request a Power BI license in MyEnterprise.
1. Go to the ATS Homepage.
3. Log in with your ATS Credentials.

4. Select Requests from the left side tool bar.
5. Select the drop down arrow next to New Incident.
* tells you it is required information.
7. Requester Details:
- Enter the Requester Name. If applicable enter your asset information. Site will default to your site after entering your name.
8. Request Details:
- Request Type: enter Service Request.
- Application - Power BI.
- Enter a Target Date.
- Select Mode - this is how you want the help desk to get a hold of you.
- Category - select Application.
- Sub-Category - Select Power BI.
- Item - select Access.
9. Summary Details:
- Subject - should be Application Access.
- Description - enter a description of what you are wanting.
10. Attachments:
- drag/drop/upload any attachments that might be needed.
11. Assignment Details:
- Group - Service Desk.
- Technician - select a technician or leave this alone.
- Status - leave at OPEN.
12. Select Add Request.
