6.3 How do I update my Metrics Deck each month?

Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.

Now that we use Power BI Pro Tiles, updating your Site Metrics Presentation has never been easier.

If you need to, contact the Help Desk to have Power BI Tiles installed.

1. Open your metrics deck in PowerPoint.

2. Click on your Power BI Tiles Pro  Tab.

3. You may need to Login.  If so, click on the Icon.

4. Enter your email.  This will take you to the ATS Login.

5. Enter your User Name and Password and click Sign-in.

6. This brings you back to the same place, but now the Power BI Pro Tiles Icons are active.  Click on Refresh.

7. All of the Slides that are in your deck are automatically checked.  All you have to do is hit Update Checked.

For the purpose of this document, there is only one slide being updated.  If you have multiple slides in your PowerPoint, they will all be checked, and can all be updated at once.

8. You will get a message that states the progress in updating your reports.  

Once all reports have been updated, this box will close if the checkbox in the bottom right is checked.

9. Once completed, check to ensure everything copied correctly, then choose File>Save As.

10. Add the correct month to the title and save.

The charts are saved as graphics.  No one needs to have Power BI or Power BI Tiles Pro  to view the presentation from this point.
