As opposed to being another page on the Monthly/Weekly/Daily Reports, Reduced Hours is a report in itself. Some customers are concerned with tracking Reduced Time, others are not. It really depends on your customer, and your site's specific needs as to whether you would show these slides to your customer in your Monthly Metrics Review.
Although there is no official definition of Reduced Operating Status, it refers to a machine that is able to run, but not able to run at standard capacity,
1. From your site workspace, click on Reports.
2. Click on the Reduced Hours title to open the Report.
3. When you open the report, you will see 4 pages: One for Monthly, Weekly, Daily and Current Month.
These pages follow the same formatting as their corresponding reports. Reporting Structure Layout in Power BI
4. Reduced time is broken down into Scheduled and Unscheduled. The vast majority of your time will be scheduled.
5. Unscheduled Reduced time is shown in Red. This happens when the Malfunction is marked Breakdown = Yes. The only way you can get this status is when the Task was originally taken down (Breakdown = Yes) and then taken to Reduced. (See example below)
Any task that starts with "Breakdown = Yes" will carry that status throughout, and will count as unscheduled time.
6. If the machine was taken down in error, and should have been taken to a Reduced status instead, it is important that you DELETE the original malfunction (vs. entering a malfunction stop time) before taking the machine to the reduced status. Click on the three lines under Action and choose Delete. Confirm the deletion.
As a best practice, you might want to enter a comment as to when and why you changed the status.
