Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.
The Business Intelligence and Reporting Portal has a Recommended Tile which will take you to virtually everything you need. In addition to this, there are specific tiles that you can use to get to specific information. This document will cover the Organization Tile.
1. Log into Power BI.
2. Go to Apps from the Menu.
3. Choose Get App from the upper left corner.
4. Click on Organizational Apps.
5. In the upper right corner, type in Business and click the magnifying glass to load.
6. Find the Business Intelligence App and click on the Get It Now hyperlink.
7. A confirmation message tells you that the App is installing correctly.
8. Once installed, the App opens to the home page. If you want to go back to the Power BI home page, use the "Go Back" navigation at the bottom of the page.
As mentioned in a previous article, the Recommended page is a good "one stop shop" for all your reporting needs. Business Intelligence App
9. Click on the Organization Tile to see what is contained within.
In this case, there are three options:
- FMS Site Map
- FMS Assessment
- Organizational Layout
In most cases, the app is installed when you click on the tile.
10. From this screen, you can return to the BI Portal home screen by clicking on the arrow or home icon in the upper left.
