There are a number of dashboards that have been created as Power BI Apps to give you quick access to your data.
As the need arises, these dashboards will be added to as new reports are created, so the screenshots in this document may not show all the available reports.
1. Open Power BI and go to APPS.
3. Click on Organizational Apps.
4. In the search field in the Upper Right, type Business.
6. Once the App loads, you can see the other Apps and Dashboards that are contained within.
Your access in the hierarchy depends on the content you can see in the various reports.
7. Perhaps the most useful view is found when you click on Recommend.
Under this view you will see links for:
- Safety
- FMS OS
- Operations
- Continuous Improvement
- Finance
- HR
- Reliability
- and Supply Chain.
Some of these links may be included in other dashboards while others
8. If you select a page and do not have access, you will see a message to that effect.

9. Click on the person icon next to the group members.
10. Click on the Outlook hyperlink to open the group details.
11. At the top left, you will see a message that says "Request to Join"
11.1. Once you click the link, the status changes to Approval Requested.
12. Once your request has been approved, the status will change in the Outlook Group and the page will populate in Power BI.
