It is always a good idea to stay on top of your data!!! If you update data older than 4 months, you will not see the changes until the following Monday. (It refreshes Sunday overnight.) If your data is older than 13 months, it may not be worth updating. The changes will not show up until the second day of the next month.
If you think about it, it makes sense that Canceled PMs would NOT be included in the DW Tables. Canceled tasks do not usually affect your metrics, so we do not capture the data around them for tracking purposes.
Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.
However, PMs are slightly different! It is possible for Canceled PMs to count against your Compliance/Completion numbers.
If a MPRO Work Order is Canceled with a sub-status of Duplicate, it will NOT count against your metrics. An example of when this would be appropriate could be if the steps are replicated in a monthly and quarterly pm and both generate at the same time. In that case, you would most like cancel the monthly Work Order with a sub-status of duplicate, as you are going to perform all the steps in the Quarterly PM. In this case, the fact that the work didn't get done will NOT count against your metrics.
If, however, you couldn't complete the PM, for whatever reason, and it is not a duplicate, you would just cancel the pm without the duplicate status. In this case, the work order will go against your compliance and completion metrics.
1. Go to the Tech Portal.
2. Click on Work Orders.
3. Choose All Tasks from the drop-down.
4. Click on the three lines next to Status and select just "canceled".
5. Click on the three lines next to Compliance Finish and enter a date range that covers the month of June.
Change from "offset" to date. The first panel will say June 1st, the second panel will say June 30th.
