Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.
This is not a simple answer -- because it really depends on WHY you need to add another receipt, and the current state of the PO.
PO is in Financial Lock
1. In the case of the screenshot below, there would definitely want to be some discussion between the SCS/Buyer/Vendor before attempting to modify this receipt.
1.1. The Status is in Received Full.
1.2. The Receipt exactly matched the amount of the PO.
The main issue here is the Financial Lock box is checked.
2. In this example, there is still money left on the PO, and the site has clicked the "close short button" on both lines, anticipating there would be no more charges. After that they clicked Close Line, which moved both the line and the Header to Received Full.
2.1. If the Vendor sent you an additional bill for Line 2 you would confirm that there is money available.
2.2. Confirm that the line is not in financial lock.
3. The final example is when the SCS has accidentally hit the CLOSE LINE button before actually doing the receipt. It will look like this.
3.1. The status in the header says Received Full.
3.2. The Line Status Says received full and the full amount of the PO shows as remaining.
3.3. The bottom section is blank, because there are no receipts.
Again, your only option is to contact the Help Desk to get this re-opened. Once you hit the Close Line Button and the PO moves to Received Full, they are the only ones who can move it back to a state where receipts can be entered against it.
