Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.
1. Run Log Set up
There are several times you will want to check the Run Log as a Supply Chain Specialist. It's easiest if you have some customized searches set up for yourself.
1.1. From the Main Menu, choose File > Run Log.
1.2. Expand the Red Chevron in the Search Field.
1.3. Under the General Tab, choose Stock Count Run as the Run Type.
Repeat this same process using Stock Count Post, Stock Count Variance, Stock Count Delete, Receipt Post, and Refill to Targets.
1.4. Enter your User ID in the Created By Field.
1.5. Click on the Green Magnifying glass to load.
1.6. Click on the drop-down arrow to the right of the green magnifying glass.
1.7. Choose SAVE AS from the bottom of the list to save your customized search.
1.8. As this is customized for your user id and not your site number, you may wish to save it as that.
1.9. NEVER click Make Public. It has been customized for your site.
1.10. If you are running cycle counts on a weekly basis you might want to set it as the default. Remember you can only have one default.
1.11. Click OK
Once you have set up this search, you can look for a specific Run Log number by clicking on the IDs Tab and entering the Run Log number under the Foreign Key Num1 Field.
