This seems simplistic, but any Requisition (and, therefore, PO) that was marked with the Billable checkbox at the time of its release will show on your Billable PO Report.
Depending on your site contract and the way that your Place Record is set up in the system, your POs may default to billable if the majority of the parts you purchase will be billed to the Customer. If that is the case, you must simply remember to UNCHECK the Billable box if you do not want the services or part to be billed.
To check to see if the Requisition/Purchase Order is marked billable, follow these steps below:
1. From the main menu, go to Inventory > Purchasing > Purchase Order.
2. Expand the red chevron in the search field.
3. Enter either the PO ID (if the Purchase Order has already been posted by the Buyer) or the Requisition ID (if you are waiting to release it to the Buyer).
4. Click the green magnifying glass to bring up the record.
The Buyer's Purchase Order screen and the SCS's Requisition screen are virtually the same screen. The only difference is that that the Buyer cannot see the Req until it is released by the SCS, and the SCS cannot see the PO number until it is Posted by the Buyer.
