6.23 What is the purpose of the Repairable Parts Consumed report?

The Repairable Parts Consumed Report was designed to help sites determine how effectively they are managing there Repair business. Although it is primarily used by the SCS Program Managers, there may be times it would be useful for the site to run it as well.

Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.

2. This brings you to the ATS Reporting Server.

You could also just enter the reporting server URL in your browser:  https://ssrs.advancedtech.com/Reports/browse

3. Choose the folder with the appropriate language.

4. All the available reports are shown.  Click on the tile for the Repairable Parts Consumption.

5. If you want to use this report often, the best option is to add it to favorites.  Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the tile.

6. Click the Star next to Add to Favorites.  That will add the report to your Favorites folder.

7. By default, the report parameters load with to pull data from all sites for the past week.  

8. If you want to see just your site, uncheck the null box and enter your four digit site number.

9. Click View Report.

10. You will know the report is populating properly when the bar below the parameters appears.

11. If you want to export the Report, click on the floppy desk and choose the format.

This data is from one of our test sites, so the cost is not accurate, but it will give you enough information to see how the report functions.

  • MFG Part#
  • Mfg Name
  • Transaction Qty
  • Unit Cost
  • Extended Cost
  • Transaction Comment
  • Adjustment Reason
  • Source Type

  • Issue to
  • Repair Supplier
  • Repair Supplier Name
  • Repairable Part
  • Part Transaction ID
