4.10 How do I deal with parts at my site that I have MFG Part Numbers for but they are not listed as Parts in the system?

If these parts are already ON SITE and do NOT need to be Purchased at this time, follow these instructions.

Anything that is for a part that is being purchased must go through the Buyer team and the normal Purchasing Process.

1. Email your Data Integrity Team Member.  At the time of this writing, the contact is David Fishking ([email protected].)

2. Include the Manufacturer Part Number and the Part Description for each part you want added.

3. SCS Support will create the Part Number for you.

4. The SCS on site then does a Misc Adjustment Receipt to adjust the quantity into Stock.
