4.23 New Part Request not tied to a Work Order

This New Part Request Process will be used to set up new ATS Part IDs outside the Work Order NEW PART process. This process will only be used to create a Part ID when there is no Work Order demand. It does not require any approval and cannot be used to modify any Target Min/Max levels. This process functions through a SharePoint link accessible from the ATS Supply Chain intranet page. To Request a Part ID to be created (Non-Work Order):

1. Go to the Sharepoint Site:

https://advancedtech1.sharepoint.com/sites/SupplyChain/Lists/New%20Part%20Request%20Non%20Work%20Order/Submitted%20Only.aspx

2. Site completes the Site portion of the New Part Request in Sharepoint. SAVE.

3. Sharepoint sends request to Data Integrity.

4. Data Integrity creates the Part ID.

5. Requestor is notified by email that the Part ID is created.

6. End.
