Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.
It is a good idea to check your inventory somewhat regularly to make sure you don't have Stock Records that are missing the Refill flag.
Remember, if the Refill flag is unchecked, no requisitions will be generated by the system.
1. From the Main Menu, select Inventory > My Stock Search.
2. Expand the red chevron.
3. Toggle between options until there is a checkmark in the Usable box.
4. Enter the desired Location or leave blank for all.
5. Toggle between options until the Refill box is clear. It should not be shaded or have a checkmark.
6. Click Search.
7. Results will load below.
8. One good place to start is with anything that has a Min/Max greater than zero. Hyperlink into the Part ID.
9. There is (1) after the Escalations tab.
10. The Escalation is Pending and the owner is the Supply Chain Support Team. If you are waiting on a requisition for this part, contact your SCS Program Manager for a status update.
If the Refill Flag is unchecked and there is NO Escalation, please contact your SCS Support Team Member to have the issue resolved.
