Updated on

Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.

This report was created to enable Supply Chain Specialists to see all inventory with quantity on hand greater than 0, or a Target Min greater than 0, associated only with scrapped or decommissioned assets for just their Sites.

2. Click on Reports in the drop-down list.

If you are having trouble accessing the report, you can do it by using the Internal ATS reporting server:  https://ssrs-internal.advancedtech.com/Reports.  You must be VPN'd in to access the internal server.

3. Sign in with your organizational credentials.

4. The ATS Reporting Server Home Page will load.

5. Click on the ATS_FMS_Reports folder.

6. Find the tile with the name of the Report you want to run:  Parts Associated with Only Scrapped Decommissioned Equipment.

7. Enter your four-digit site number.

8. Click View Report.

9. A loading message will appear.

10. You will know the report is populating properly when the bottom bar loads under the parameters.

11. The report will load with the data.

12. If you want to export it to Excel, click on the floppy disc icon and select Excel from the drop-down list.

The report displays data for the following fields:

  • Site Number
  • Site Name
  • Part ID
  • Mfr. Part Number
  • Mfr. Name
  • Part Description
  • Location
  • Target Min / Max
  • Bin ID
