Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.
There are two part label reports. If you want to print labels with the information taking up the entire 1.1" x 3.5", you must use Part Label Version 2.
1. From the home page of the Work Module, go to the Links menu and choose Reports from the drop-down.
2. This takes you to the ATS Reporting Server homepage.
3. Click on the file folder for the language you wish to view
4. The list of available reports populates. Find the tile for Part Label Version 2.
5. If you want to add this to your Favorites list, click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the tile to open a panel.
6. Select the Star to "Add to Favorites."
7. The Report Parameters load.
8. Enter your site's ST number in the Place ID.
9. Enter the location.
10. Enter the bin id.
11. Click View Report.
12. You will know that the report is loading successfully when the bar below the parameters populates.
13. To print the label, click the floppy disc and export to .pdf.
14. This version of the label contains more information than the original Part Label report.
A label will also print if there is no stock in the bin.
