1.9 How do I run the Stock Count Report to count parts?

Updated on

Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.

You must have previously generated the stock count and know the run log number.

Please remember, eFACTORYPRO does NOT keep a version of the report.  You are required to keep a copy of each report in a file for future reference.

1. Enter the ATS  Server in your browser:  https://ssrs.advancedtech.com/Reports/

If you are having trouble accessing the report, you can do it by using the Internal ATS reporting server:  https://ssrs-internal.advancedtech.com/Reports.  You must be VPN'd in to access the internal server.

2. Choose the ATS_Fms_Reports folder.

3. Choose Stock Count Sheet from the page that populates.

4. The report automatically starts to generate.  Click the Cancel button.

5. Uncheck the Null box next to the Run Count ID.  Enter your Run ID and click View Report.

6. The Report will once again show the loading button, but this time only your data will populate.

Once finished, your report is loaded below.

7. Click on the floppy disc icon to export to .pdf.  Exporting to this format will give you a header on each sheet.

  • You must always export ALL Stock Count Reports, including Stock Count Sheets,  and save a copy for your reference.
  • In this case, .pdf is the best format as it prints the header on each page.
  • The system does NOT keep records of stock counts once they are posted, and if investigation needs to be done, it will be very difficult if you do not have these files.

8. Open the .pdf document.

9. Save a copy to your designated folder.
