Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.
Although there are individual reports that are very helpful available through the ATS Reporting Server, there are also two APPs available in Power BI. Generally speaking, the Apps give you a one-stop shop for your SCS data.
To access these apps, you must have a Power BI license. There is a minimal cost associated with the license, so you will need approval from your site manager. 1. Once you have received access, go to Power BI. You can get there by accessing it through the Office 365 APP Waffle, or by simply typing https://app.powerbi.com/groups/me/apps into your browser's address bar.
2. The menu bar may be collapsed. If so, click on the three lines to expand it.
3. Click on Apps.
If you haven't already loaded the apps into your workspace, you will have to do that first. Accessing Power BI Apps
There are two Apps: Supply Chain (Which deals mostly with the Purchasing side of Supply Chain) and Supply Chain - Site View Metrics (which is more specifically related to logistics at your site.)

4. Click on the Supply Chain App Tile to open and see the available options.
Let's look at one of the tiles to see what you might see.
4.1. Above the report name, you will see when the information was refreshed.
4.2. When you click on the report, you are taken into the details. In this particular report, we have filtered to show everything for site 0432.
4.3. You can see the breakdown of Open POs that are waiting on processing by the buyer.
5. The Other App that is available is the Supply Chain Site Level Metrics.
These are more specifically related to inventory management at the site level.
5.1. One of the options that is not readily available through the ATS Reporting Server is the WORKORDER Bin Part allocation.
Click the checkbox in front of your site number to select your site. You will see the quantity and value of parts in the WORKORDER bin, as well as the trend over time. Ideally, there should be nothing in the WORKORDER bin that is not allocated to a Task.
5.2. Another useful report is the Cycle Count Compliance Report. Click the checkbox in front of your site name to select your site. The graphs will cross filter.
The second tab will show you how you are trending from an accuracy perspective.

6. Another very important App you will use is the SMP or Site Materials Plan. This app is used as part of Stock Authorization Process, when determining whether the Min/Max should be raised at the site.
The first step on the Stock Authorization form is to ensure that the Calculated Min/Max on the part at your site in that location is greater than zero. You would use this app to find that information.

Fill out the reason for your request and hit the send request button. You will be notified when your request has been approved.
