Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.
1. From the main menu, choose Inventory > Logistics > Part Need Search.
2. Expand the red chevron.
3. Enter your ST# in the Place ID From field.
4. Enter the appropriate location in the Location From field.
5. Enter your ST# in the Place ID To field.
6. Enter the appropriate location in the Location To field.
This should match the location entered in the Location From field.
7. Toggle through your options in the Usable checkbox until you have a checkmark in the box.
8. In the Part Need Status field, choose Entered from the drop-down arrow.
10. A list of all the Work Orders with Part Needs for that Location will be displayed in the results below.
From here, you can sort by just clicking on the title for the field. An arrow appears to show if the sort is Ascending or Descending.
11. If you want to save your search, click the Show button.
12. Choose Save As at the bottom of the drop-down options.
13. Enter a title for your search.
14. Click Set as Default. (This is the best option if you only have access to one site and one location.)
15. Click OK.
The Part Need Search will load this way going forward if you have set it as your default.
