Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.
You can only delete a Stock Record if all of the following criteria is met:
NO QOH (qty. on hand)
NO QOO (qty. on order)
and NO Demand (Part Need cannot be greater than zero.)
1. From the main menu, go to Inventory > Stock.

2. Expand the red chevron in the search field.
3. Type the Part ID.
4. Type your four-digit site number into the Site field.
5. Type the desired Location.
6. Click the green magnifying glass.
7. The record will load.

8. Confirm that all the required fields show zeros.
9. Press the Delete button in the header.

10. A confirmation message appears. Click YES to continue with the process and delete the record.
