1. Select the +Request button from the Request home screen of the PME.
2. Type - select a type between Mass Update and eFP New Part.
If Mass Update:
3. Enter a 4 digit site number.
4. Select a Category.
5. Select a Priority.
6. Enter a Description (500 character limit).
7. Enter Notes (optional).
8. Upload any attachments and select Attach File.
9. Select Create.
If eFP New Part is selected:
10. Enter a 4 digit site number.
11. Select the appropriate Integrated Systems.
12. Enter a Description (1000 character limit).
13. Enter any additional notes (optional).
14. Enter a Manufacturer.
15. Enter an MFG Part ID.
16. Enter a Brand (optional).
17. Enter a Noun.
18. Enter a Modifier (optional).
19. Select the Repairability.
20. Enter a Part Description.
21. Upload any Attachments.
22. Select Create.
