This report runs on the Power BI server which means it is only refreshed overnight. You will not be able to see data from the current day on this report.
This report enables you to view any part that was consumed on a Work Order during a date range for a specified place. It shows the total number of parts used in a specific place and location and their value.
By default, this report will display all Material and Service Transactions for a site in the entered time frame. The Source Types available for filter are: RQ (Request), SC (On Line Screen), PC (Physical Count), Cost Change (CC), PO (Purchase Order), and GNS (Good and Service.)
1. Enter the ATS Reporting Server URL into your browser:
If you are having trouble accessing the report, you can do it by using the Internal ATS reporting server: https://ssrs-internal.advancedtech.com/Reports. You must be VPN'd in to access the internal server.
2. Sign in with your ATS Credentials.
3. Select ATS FMS Reports and then choose the Material and Service Transaction History Report from the list.
4. After un-checking the NULL box enter your four-digit site number.
5. By default, the date range that populates is 1 month from the current date and time. If you want to change the date range, you must first change the Transaction Date From to whatever you want to be the BEGINNING of your date range. If you want to include the full day, you do not need to enter a time. The system will assume 12:00 am.
6. Once you enter the date (either by typing in the date or selecting it from the calendar), you must wait until the “Loading” message disappears. The system is loading the possible date ranges in the Transaction Date To field.
7. Users then can use the Transaction Date Thru field to select an end date.
Don't miss this step!
8. If you want to include ANY equipment or sub-location information, you MUST change the equipment flag from the default N to Y.
This adds all of the fields related to the equipment to the report.
