1. Pre-Defined Steps will be a button located in the banner of the Planning Portal.
2. The button to populate Pre-Defined Steps.
3. This drop down will give the user the views of: All Steps, Global Steps, Site Steps
5. Site Steps - these are steps created by any user with Supervisor credentials (or higher) at the specific site the user is logged into.
6. Global Steps - these are steps available to ALL sites and can ONLY be entered by ADMINS.
CUSTOM STEPS will populate when a filters is added and ALL STEPS will be default upon entering this page.
7. 3 dot icon - here users will be able to edit a step, copy a step, or copy a step.
8. New Step - here a user can add a brand new step that will populate as a SITE step and will be shown upon entering the Pre-Defined Steps space.
9. 3 dot icon (vertical) - here the user can Autosize All Columns and Reset Columns.
10. Location - this will be the site the users is currently logged into and there will be a dropdown available if that user has access to multiple site.
11. User Voice interface - here users can voice their opinions or suggestions for all things eFactoryPro.
12. User Info -here the user that is logged in can Install the Client (Desktop Version of EFP) or Log Out of their EFP session.
13. Copy Multiple Steps button - this will bring up a new screen the will allow users to copy pre-defined steps from other site and also global steps to become site steps for your specific site.
