4.14 What is the Daily Site Trending Report?

This report runs on the Power BI server which means it is only refreshed overnight.  You will not be able to see data from the current day on this report.

1. # of Overdue PMs - Any PM Tasks where the current date is greater than the Compliance Finish Date; statuses of canceled, completed, and reviewed are excluded.

2. # of PMs due today - Any PM Tasks where the current date equals the Compliance Finish Date; statuses of canceled, completed, and reviewed are excluded.

3. # of Un-reviewed Work Orders - Number of Work Orders that are currently in a "Completed" status.

4. # of Work Orders opened yesterday - Number of Work Orders that were created yesterday.

5. # of Work Orders reviewed yesterday - Number of Work Orders that were put into a "Reviewed" status yesterday.

6. # of open Tasks older than 30 days - Number of Tasks not in a "Completed" or "Reviewed" status that were created more than 30 days ago.

7. # of open MPRO Tasks (SA only)  - Number of MPRO type Tasks that are not in a "Completed" or "Reviewed" status and have a Task with a Subtype of Safety.

8. # of open MRCT Tasks (total) - Number of MRCT type Tasks that are not in a "Completed" or "Reviewed" status.

9. # of open MRCT Tasks (SA only) - Number of MRCT type Tasks that are not in a "Completed" or "Reviewed" status and have a Task with a Subtype of Safety.

10. # of open MOTH Tasks (total) - Number of MOTH type Tasks that are not in a "Completed" or "Reviewed" status.
