Step by Step Instructions
1. From the Main Menu, select Service > Equipment.
2. Expand the Red Chevron in the Search Field.
3. Under the General Tab, enter your site number.
4. Click on the Groupings Tab.
5. Enter the Asset ID and click the Magnifying Glass Search Icon.
6. In the center column of the header is the production schedule field. Click on the search icon next to that field.
7. Click the CLEAR button to remove the current production schedule.
8. In the Calendar ID field, type asterisk + your four digit site number + asterisk, for example *0443*, and click SEARCH to bring up all production schedules loaded for the site.
9. Double Click on the desired schedule to select.
10. Click SAVE.
If you do not see the production schedule you are looking for, it can be created in the control center of the Portal. | How do I enter a Production Schedule in the Portal?
