Essential Resources: To complete this training you must have access to eFACTORYPRO.
There are times when it may be beneficial to have a PM on the Sub-location instead of a singular piece of equipment in the Sub-location The steps are the same. To start off you must know either the Equipment ID or the Asset ID for the Sub-location.
1. In the Work Module, click on the Navigation Pane and select Planner/Scheduler and click on Planning.

2. Select PM Plans at the top.
3. Select Create.

4. From the drop down select the Sublocation.
The Frequency Type will default to Calendar since you can not meter a Sublocation.
5. Search and/or select a Job Plan.
Available Table Filters for Job Plan search:
- Job Plan ID
- Task Priority
- Category
- Description
- Planned Duration
7. Enter a Frequency Value.
8. Select a Frequency Unit.
Selections available:
- Days
- Weeks (7 days)
- Months (28 days)
- Years (336 days)
9. Users can also select the check box for the Create Work Order Now option.
This will create a PM WO immediately and then the following PMs will generate according to the parameters set in the create template.

10. Select Lead Time Value
11. Select Lead Time Unit
12. Select a First Scheduled Compliance Finish Date.
