Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.
1. Log into the Planner Portal.
2. Select the Job Plans button.
3. Select the Copy Job Plan icon. After a brief delay, all Job Plans will populate. The system is bringing back 40,000+ Job Plans so please be patient while they load.
Here is where you can find the Job Plan you would like to copy and you can also add feedback to this Job Plan for the original site to see it.
4. Find the Job Plan and select the eye icon to the right of description.
There will be 2 ways to enter feedback. Lets look at both.
5. You will be taken to the Summary page of this Job Plan.
6. Select the Add Feedback button.
7. The Feedback window will pop up and here you can add a comment and give this Job Plan a rating of 1 through 5 stars.
8. Or you can select the Specific Step toggle and select the specific step for feedback.
Users can also go the the Steps button and leave feed back for specific steps here too.
9. To the far right of each step there will be a + sign. Select the + sign of the step you wish to leave feedback.
10. Here you can leave feedback that will be visible to the Planner/Scheduler of that original sight.
11. User will get confirmation that the feedback has been saved.
In the Job Plans view there will be two notification that feedback has been entered.
12. At the top there will be a button letting the P/S know there is new feedback and how many entries there are. By selecting that button all steps with feedback will expand to show the feedback to be Approved or Rejected.
13. Users can also expand steps one at a time by selecting the icon on the right of the step line that indicates new feedback.
