The planning date that you see in EFP has been updated to show more information.
1. As the task moves through the Planning Wizard and meets all the planning criteria, once you hit the Action button to "Mark Planned", the Planned date is set.
2. Note the date that is shown on the bottom of the screenshot. This is considered to be the "user timezone"
If the Planner Scheduler is working at the site, the User time and the Site Time will be the same. This will be the case the majority of the time.
If, however, a Regional P/S is planning for a site, or another P/S is helping out that is not in the same time zone as the site, you could have different time zones. (This is the case in our example.)
3. The task now moves to the Period Capacity Grid, where you will see the Date Planned. If you hover over the field you can see the Date Planned.
UTC is shown simply for tracking/calculation purposes.
