2.14 PM Plans - how do Reactivate a PM line that was previously Inactivated?

Updated on

For many reasons you may have a reason to have inactive PMs start generating again.  This could be because the equipment was decommissioned for a time and is now ready to go back into service, or for another reason... it really doesn't matter. This is how we can do that.

While users can INACTIVATE multiple PM lines at a time, you will have to Reactivate each line one at a time.

1. Find the PM line that you want to reactivate and select the EDIT button.

2. In the Edit screen select the Inactive toggle and change it to Active.

  • Any changes to the Frequency Value or Starting total meter value can be done here for a Metered PM.
  • Changes to the Frequency Value, Frequency Unit, Generation Lead Time Value, Generation Lead Time Unit, and First Scheduled Compliance Finish Date can be done here for a Calendar based PM.

3. Select Save.

Planning - Google Chrome

4. A confirmation will pop-up that the PM was updated.

5. Click the Red X to go back to PM Plans grid.

Planning - Google Chrome

The PM line will now be active and the PM will now regenerate according to the dates supplied in the edit screen.
