2.30 PM Plans - How do I change the compliance dates on a PM?

Updated on

Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.

There may be many reasons why you need to change the compliance dates on a PM.  One example could be that the PM falls on the weekend and that is when you do Project work at your site.  Another example is that you need to balance out the load because you've added PMs to the machine and too many are falling on the same day.

For whatever reason, if you need to change the compliance date, the first thing you need to take into consideration is: Have PMs already generated with the wrong compliance windows.  If so, those will need to be canceled as part of the process.

Follow these steps.

1. From the PM Plans home screen select EDIT on the PM you'd like to change.

From the EDIT screen users can change everything about their PM.

Available to change on a Calendar based PM in the EDIT screen:

  • Equipment
  • Job Plan
  • Frequency Value
  • Frequency Unit
  • Generation Lead Time
  • Generation Lead Time Unit
  • First Scheduled Compliance Finish Date

First Scheduled Compliance Date can be changed here and will dictate future compliance dates.
