7.33 JOB PLAN: How do I add feedback to a step on a Job Plan in the planner portal?

Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.

The majority of feedback will come from the techs through the tech portal. A doc about that can be found here. This doc shows how a P/S will enter feedback thought the Planner Portal.

1. Log into the Planner Portal.

2. Select the Job Plans button.

3. Your Site Job Plans will be the default view.

4. The feedback column will let you know if there are Job Plans already with feedback attached to them.

You can also filter by this selection.  Your options are to view only Job Plans with Pending Feedback or to view All Job Plans.

5. In the far right column select the 3 dot icon of the Job Plan to which you would like to add feedback.

6. Select Edit Job Plan.

7. The default view will be Summary of the Job Plan. If there is any feedback already entered into this job plan it can be seen here.

8. Select Steps.

9. The list of steps associated to this Job Plan will populate. Select the 3 dot icon of the step you wish to give feedback.

10. Select Add Feedback.

The Add Feedback window will pop up and since you selected this from an actual step it defaults with the Specific Step toggle selected and the Step name populated.

11. Enter you feedback on the Comment line. This is required.

12. Select Save.

13. User will get a notification that the comment has been saved and the feedback will populate on a separate line under the step.

14. At the top of the steps a button will appear letting users know there is a new comment(s). Selecting this button will expend the lines of any new comments.
