If you are at a larger site with more than 50 technicians you might see this message. At least one team must be selected in order to view tech schedules on the Daily Capacity screen to populate. This will allow the Daily Capacity screen to load quicker and easier. So in this scenario there will no NO teams displayed.

1. The default shown from the Daily Capacity view will be to show ALL Technicians for that site that have a skillset assigned to them.

2. In the upper right corner users will see TEAM ID. The default will be to show all teams at the site. To narrow your view to a specific team or teams select this drop down.
3. Here the user can select or search from the drop-down a specific team or teams to populate the view.
4. Select Apply to repopulate the view.
5. The small information icon next to the team drop down will display either the teams selected or if All Teams are being displayed.
