7.10 How can I see all the Job Plans associated with my site?

Updated on

Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.

The way that Job Plans are loaded in eFACTORYPRO by the Start-Up or Integrations teams is without any Place ID.  This ultimately means that any Job Plan COULD be copied and used by another site for best practice purposes.  The TEAM ID is the field which assigns it to your site.

Job Plans should be accessed through the Planner Portal.

1. From the Navigation Pane of the Work Module click on Planner/Scheduler and select Planning.

2. Click on Job Plans.

3. Choose Site Job Plan from the pre-set views.

4. Click on the funnel to bring up the filter options.

5. By default, all teams associated with your site are shown.  Click on the Filter Icon and you will see a list of Table Filters. If you want to narrow the selection to specific teams, simply select 3 of your Team IDs from the Team ID dropdown.

6. One of the most effective filters is the Description field.

6.1. Your options for the Description filter include Starts with, Ends with, Equals, Contains, Does not start with, Does not end with, Does not equal, and does not contain. Contains will bring back the most results.

6.2. -SA in the top search field will bring up all the SemiAnnual PMs

6.3. Ladder will bring up all the ladder PMs

7. If you do not see the results you are expecting, you might want to remove a filter or broaden the scope of the filters.

For example, you can see by the screenshot above that the Monthly Ladder PM is assigned to the Team 0493-FAC.  If I set my filters to just show the team 0493-ATS and the Description to "Contains Ladder", I do NOT see the Monthly Ladder PM anymore.

You would want to change the Teams to include all Teams (or include the 0493-FAC Team) in order for the other PM to show up.

Please remember, you can Copy a Job Plan.  If you find one from another site that would work at your site as well, you can copy it using the Copy Job Plan function:  How does the Copy Job Plan functionality work in the Planner Portal?
