Adding an attachment in the Planning Wizard functions exactly like the Attachment option in Job Plans. Attachments are limited to a 20MG size limit and must be uploaded one at a time.
Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.
1. Go to the Planner Portal under the Planner Scheduler role.
2. Click on the Tasks option.
3. Click the checkbox in front of the task you want to edit.
5. Attachments can be found under step 5.
7. To add an attachment, click Choose File.
8. Find the file you want to attach and choose Open.
9. Add a description.
10. Click Attach File.
11. The attachment now shows in the attachments section.
12. By clicking on the three vertical lines, you will see the option to either download or delete the attachment if needed.
Hyperlinks as attachments
You can also add hyperlinks to tasks using the Attachment screen on the Task Planning Wizard.
15. Load the Task into the Planning Wizard. It opens up to the Job Plan Screen.
Keep in mind that any links added in the Job Plan will flow through to the Task. The P/S also has the ability to attach additional links in the Wizard, which is what we will show here.
