4.17 As a Planner/Scheduler, how can I determine my Site's scheduling effectiveness? (Red Green Scheduling Report)

Updated on

For those of you working with the Work Execution Management (WEM) Dashboard, a version of the Red Green report is available there, and you may find it easiest to access it from the WEM Dashboard.

This report runs on the Power BI server which means it is only refreshed overnight.  You will not be able to see data from the current day on this report.

The Red Green report shows you how well my site has stuck to their work schedule for the week. This will allows you to determine how often unplanned work is interrupting the weekly schedule.

Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.

Required Fields:  PLANNED END DATE FROM Date/Time, PLANNED END DATE TO Date/Time, and 4-Digit Site Number.

By default, the report will load one month prior to the current date and time.  This can be changed by clicking on the calendar and moving the date.  To see a full day, you do not have to enter a time.

Explanations of fields:

Planned = YES:  Planned Date must be filled in on the Task (not blank) or if the Task Template Category is PM or PdM.  Everything else is Planned = NO.

Red Rows:  (MRCT & MOTH Type) Unplanned Tasks, Priority 3-5, that have a labor stamp added in the date range you have selected.

Blue Rows:  (MRCT & MOTH Type) Unplanned Tasks, Priority 1 or 2, that have a labor stamp added in the date range you have selected.

Clear Rows:  All Planned Tasks (any WO Type or Priority) that do not have an actual finish date, or the Actual Finish date is before the the filtered date range.

Green Rows: Planned Tasks (any WO Type or Priority) that have an actual finish date/time that fall within the the filtered range.
