Updated on

Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings

If you need to print more than just an individual work order, the Work Order report gives you the ability to print a range of Work Orders or Tasks and to customize the report parameters to your liking.

As always, you should run the  report from the ATS Internet Reporting Server and NOT from the CLIENT.  https://ssrs.advancedtech.com/Reports  Accessing reports through the EFP CLIENT may not give you access to all the fields visible in the web version.  Additionally, when you run reports through the CLIENT, you impact the performance of the system.  Running the report through the Internet has little  impact to system performance.

If you are not in the Work Module, you can access the Reporting Server directly through this link:  https://ssrs.advancedtech.com/Reports/browse

If you are having trouble accessing the report, you can do it by using the Internal ATS reporting server:  https://ssrs-internal.advancedtech.com/Reports.  You must be VPN'd in to access the internal server.

2. Click on ATS_FMS_Reports folder.

3. A list of all available reports populates.  Find the Work Order Report from the list below and click on it.

4. If you will be running this report on a regular basis, you might want to add it to your favorites.  To do this, right-click on the report.  Click the Star to move the report to your Favorites folder.

5. By default, the Task Created From Field is one month from the current date and time but this can be changed.

6. The date ranges available in the Task Created To field are: 1 day, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months. You must change the Task Created From Date to your desired start date and then select the end date from the pre-populated dates. For example if you want to see the report ran for a years worth of time you will have to run the report multiple times to see that length of time.

7. Enter your four-digit site number.

By default, the report will run "wide open", pulling all task types, all statuses, all teams and technicians, etc.  You have the option to narrow the criteria before running the report, or you can easily filter the data later.

8. Click View Report.

9. One enhancement is that you can run the report for a range of Tasks.  This will pull only the tasks within that range that are associated with your site.

10. You will know the report is processing properly when you see the bar below the criteria load.

11. Click on the floppy disc icon to export the report to a format of your choosing.
