The Task Event report will show you whether a task has had any activity over a given date range. It is only available through the SSRS Reporting Server (via Reports under the Links drop-down list in the Work Module).
1. From the Navigation Pane of the Work Module click on Links.
2. Choose Reports.
3. If prompted, enter your ATS credentials.
4. Choose the ATS_FMS_Reports folder.
5. Find the Task Event Report.
6. Click on the 3 dots above the name of the report.
7. If you will be running this report often, click on the Star next to Add to Favorites. In the future you will then find it in your Favorites folder.
8. The Report loads. Enter your four-digit site number.
9. By default, the Report will run for one week from the current date and time.
11. A "Loading" message will tell you that the report is populating. If you want to change the parameters, you can click Cancel.
12. The bottom parameter bar will populate when the report starts to load. If you do not see this bar within 5 minutes, you may want to cancel and click View Report again.
This report takes a little longer than average to run as it is pulling everything that happened to Tasks for the week.
13. To Export the Report, click on the floppy disc icon and choose the desired format.
If the reporting server is slow or not responding, you may want to try accessing the Internal Reporting Server. You must be VPN'd in to use this option: https://ssrs-internal.advancedtech.com/Reports
