7.4 How do Operator Performed Maintenance PMs affect my Compliance/Completion Metrics?

Updated on

It is always a good idea to stay on top of your data!!!  If you update data older than 4 months, you will not see the changes until the following Monday.  (It refreshes Sunday overnight.)  If your data is older than 13 months, it may not be worth updating.  The changes will not show up until the second day of the next month.

In a word - they don't.  Anything PM marked as Operator Performed is not considered in the standard ATS PM Compliance.

Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.

1. In order to be considered as "OPM", Operator Performed must show under Sub-Types in the Job Plan in the Planner Portal.

2. Or in the Portal, the Task Activity Sub-Type must say Operator Performed on the Task Summary Screen.

  • It works best if you assign a Customer Team in conjunction with any Operator Performed work.
  • This team should have the "External Team" checkbox marked.
  • This makes it easy for the Planner Scheduler to separate out these PMs, print them out, and give them to the customer, and easier to find them to enter time and close them when the work is done.
