Don't forget to inactivate the PMs on any decommissioned equipment! The PMs don't automatically cancel when the equipment is decommissioned.
1. In the Work Module click on the Navigation Pane and select Planner/Scheduler and click on Planning.
2. Go into the PM Plans.
3. Using the Table Filter you can either filter by Asset ID of the decommissioned/scrapped equipment.
4. What you will do is INACTIVATE all the PMs associated to a specific Asset. This can be done one at a time or all at once. Select the check boxes.
5. Select the INACTIVATE button.
6. Confirm the inactivation of the PMs on decommissioned/scrapped equipment.
7. The PM lines in the grid will now be grayed out. This is indicating they are in active and will NOT regenerate.
