2.2 PM Plans - Navigation

Updated on

Each site will have its own list of PM plans that will display upon entering the PM Plans home screen.

1. PM Plans home screen - this will get users to the PM Plans home screen from the Planning Portal home screen.

2. Grid View drop down - this will display the selected types of PM.

3. Table Filter - this will allow users to filter the grid view.

Planning - Google Chrome

4. Create button - this will start the process off of creating a new PM.

5. Inactivate button - when a PM from the grid is selected this will be how users can inactivate a PM (will not regenerate).

  • This new functionality will allow users to deactivate a PM in the portal interface. It wont delete the PM, it will just deactivate it. So you can go back to it and use it again. Keep in mind that if you activate a PM after deactivating it, the system will try to "catch up". So if you deactivated a weekly PM a month ago and then reactivate it it's going to generate three different PMs. The answer would be to modify that PM to a new due date that is closer to the actual date so when you reactivate it, it is ready to go immediately.
  • When you cancel a PM task it will NOT regenerate. The system sees the canceled status as a valid status and will not regenerate.
  • Can inactivate one at a time or use the grid for multiple selections. Reactivating must be done via the EDIT button.
