If you have Standard Text that will be used on most of your PMs, and you feel it may be appropriate for other sites as well, please contact the Help Desk at 1-800-662-4001 to have the text added.
You will need to follow up with an email with the name of the field and the wording needed. The development team will review your request and add it if at all possible.
As a work-around, you could add the wording as a text field in NotePad or on a StickyNote in your computer. You could then paste that in as a step in the job plans when needed.
