The easiest way to get PdM Job Plans for your site is to copy the ones that have been created by the R360 Team.
1. In the Planner Portal, go to Job Plans.
2. Click on the Copy Job Plan icon.
3. When the Copy Job Plan screen loads, click on the filter icon.
4. In our example we have filtered by Description Contains Predictive and Master Job Plan Equals Yes.
5. You must click Apply to set the filters.
6. Click the checkboxes in front of the job plans you wish to copy.
If you want to see the job plan before copying it, click on the "eye" icon to open it on a different screen.
7. Click add to move them to the right hand side of the screen.
8. Click the Copy as Site Job Plan button.
9. A message will tell you that they are being copied.
10. A confirmation message gives you the new numbers. Click OK.
11. Your site grid shows you that the job plans have been created with the PD category.
