2.4 PM Plans - Creating a new PM Plan (Meter)

1. From the PM Plans home screen select the +Create PM button.

2. Enter an Asset ID (must be an exact match) or search for an Asset ID.

Users can use the Search Asset ID box to search for a SPECIFIC asset or use the Search Equipment button shown below.

3. Once you have selected your metered asset you will be prompted to select a meter on that asset. There could be one or more meters on a specific asset.

4. Select Save.

5. Click into the Job Plan bar and Search/Select for an existing Job Plan.

6. Find the Job Plan and then hit the Select Button.

7. Enter a Frequency Value.

8. Enter a Starting Total Meter Value. This will be what is displayed on the meter currently.

The default will be the last reading that was recorded and if this is a new meter the default will be zero. This can also be manually entered if need be.

9. Users also have the option to select a Create Work Order Now by selecting that checkbox.

10. Then enter the first Compliance Finish Date.

12. Finally select SAVE to create the PM.
