13.3 SBS - Identifying Work Order Causing Down Status In ESM (Client)

If you are unable to determine the work order causing the down or reduced status in the ESM, you can research it in the CLIENT.

1. From the Main Menu, choose Service > Equipment.

2. Expand the red chevron in the search field.

3. Enter your site number and the appropriate status.

4. Click the magnifying glass to bring up all equipment with that status.

5. Find the Asset ID in question and click to load.

6. Click on the Events Tab.

7. Find the time when the machine entered the malfunction status.

8. Click on the Service History Tab.

9. Locate the work orders/tasks that correspond with that time.

11. Investigate as necessary from that point.
