Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.
1. Log into the Planner Portal.
2. Select Job Plans.
3. Notice that there is a Feedback column that will tell users how many pieces of outstanding feedback there are for each Job Plan.
The feedback could come from a Technician or another Planner/Scheduler.
4. The filter icon can also be used to filter the feedback by a specific type.
5. The user will have the option to see the default view of ALL (which shows all the Job Plans, including those without pending feedback) or they can choose to only see the Job Plans that have PENDING FEEDBACK by selecting that button.
6. Select the 3 dot icon of the Job Plan with the feedback you would like to review.
There is 2 ways to approve/reject feedback; from the Summary and Steps screens.
8. Feedback under the Summary tab will be under General Feedback.
This could be related to parts, labor, duration, repair codes, meters, malfunctions, etc.
9. Feedback can be filtered on the drop down arrow by: Outstanding, Approved, Rejected and Custom.
10. Feedback can also be filtered using the funnel icon by: Feedback Review, Date, Technician, Feedback, Step and Rating.
11. Click on Select in the Feedback Review column.
12. Select your response.
By selecting Approved, this doesn't make anything happen automatically. Users will have to make the change suggested manually after they approve the feedback.
13. Select Save to save your selection.
Feedback under the Steps tab will be shown under the actual step the feedback is for. There will be two indicators:
14. The button at the top will let the user know that there is a new comment(s). When the user clicks that button it will "pop out" the feedback under the step.
16. From here the user can Accept/Reject the same as we looked at above. Click Select.
17. Select Accept/Reject.
Remember this will not do anything automatically. Changes have to be made manually.
18. Select Save.
19. If the user wants to come back to a previously accepted or rejected feedback (say to change the review status) the user can easily filter by accepted or rejected and change their review of that feedback for that specific Job Plan in the Summary of edit mode.
The history of all feedback and your actions are being recorded; and in the future can be tied to metrics and reporting.
