Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.
All meter readings will have to be entered from the Portal.
In order to add an Initial Meter Reading, the Meter must already be added to the Equipment Record. For information on this process, see How Do I Create a Meter on the Equipment Record?
The Planner enters an initial reading on the Meter Readings tab of the Equipment screen in the Portal.
2. Click the filter icon and under the Asset ID field to find the Asset ID of the equipment you want to add the Initial Meter Reading to.
3. Click the Equipment line in the header area to bring up the record in the lower workspace.
4. The Meter icon in the lower workspace will have a green 1. This indicates that 1 Meter has been associated with this piece of equipment.
5. Click the Meter icon to load the Meter Reading screen.
6. Click +Meter Reading.
